“Progress MS-26” docked with ISS carrying equipment for experiments

The transport cargo ship “Progress MS-26” with equipment for experiments has docked with the International Space Station (ISS). This was reported by RIA Novosti on Saturday 17 February.

The Soyuz 2.1a carrier rocket with the Progress MS-26 spacecraft was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome on the morning of 15 February. “Soyuz put into orbit the ship that will deliver 2,518 kilograms of cargo to the International Space Station. “Progress is carrying 420 litres of drinking water, 40 kilograms of compressed nitrogen in cylinders, 580 kilograms of propellant and about 1,500 kilograms of miscellaneous equipment.
