RESHETNEV company proceeds working on EXPRESS-RV satellite communication system.

EXPERSS-RV is designed to provide broadband Internet access services across Russia, including the Northern Sea Route and the North Pole.

As of today, the final design of EXPRESS-RV space segment is completed. It shall encompass command and measuring complex, ground control segment, as well as rocket launch site including launch vehicles and satellites.

Four EXPRESS-RV satellites are going to be operating in four planes at high elliptical orbits 40000 km above the Earth in apogee and 10000 km in perigee. In order to fulfil the mission, the spacecraft feature three-band frequency equipment, including 12 Ku-band antennas, which will monitor the assigned service areas in real time.

EXPRESS-RV satellites are going to be controlled by the main mission control center in Zheleznogorsk, Russia, or by the secondary one in Moscow.

Concurrently, RESHETNEV is developing a satellite communication center and customer equipment for stationary and mobile objects.
